The Montaigut residence consists of 24 four-bed-rooms (approved by the DDJS) is situated a little apart from the hotel and the entrance to the complex (closed by an automatic gate at night).  

The rooms have 4 single beds and shared shower facilities (3 washbasins, 2 showers, 1 WC) per module (2 rooms).
